Rainbow fish

Activity: Using a goldfish template and different forms of painting, paint a fish and add a colorful gem on top, along with the painting read the "Rainbow fish" and write about what makes you special.  

Extension:  With a group of students have them write in big letters what makes them special and glue it to the back of their fish. Then show off these fish by either displaying them in the hallway, the classroom or from the ceiling. This is a great way to remind students that they are unique and special and they are a teachers little school of fish.
